The Admission Form must be filled out in its entirety by a parent or legal guardian and submitted to Giggles at least one day prior to the child(ren)'s first visit.  The Parent Handbook is also an important part of our registration process; it contains useful information about eligibility for care, our daily schedule, drop-off & pick-up procedures, illness exclusion, payment, what to provide for your child and what not to bring into the facility, etc.  Please, read the whole document and if you have any further questions, feel free to reach out by phone or email and we will happily do our best to assist you!
